Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

6 egg whites

1 cup mixed frozen oriental stir fry vegetables

1/2 cup minute brown rice

Directions:

Fry eggs in pan.

Microwave rice & veggies.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
