When I run music is essential. I cannot go without it! Here are a few of my sample playlists for my Disney Princess Half Marathon training runs:
All hip-hop. All the time. I love rap music and have since I was in my early teens. It gets me going and keeps me energized.
I love this playlist because if I ever hit a slump in my run, something like B.O.B. by Outkast will come on and I’ll bust out a sprint!
In honor of the Disney Princess Half marathon I made a pop princess mix complete with Britney Spears and Madonna, of course!
What do you think the theme of this playlist is? I’ll give you a hint – it has to do with a mindset. All of these songs make me feel a certain way.. a certain way I think running will attain.
